Depending Upon Texture

Before you begin making decisions based on what hair routine you should follow, you need to make sure that you take the time to find out what type of hair you have. Whether you know it or not, hair texture is a rather significant part of finding out just how the hair should be cut and how the hair should be washed and what type of gel or mousse you should use. If you have fine hair, you will have to get your hair cut in angles or long layers that shape the face, making sure that you leaves the excess hair at least shoulder length. As you may already know, hair color can build up a look that revolves around volume although, if you are not all that fond of coloring your hair, you may want to consider just highlighting the upper layers of the hair. During the summer months, you may want to shampoo your hair a couple of times each day.

Shampooing Your Hair

When you are shampooing your hair, make sure that you use deep cleaning shampoo so that you can get rid of any oil that has the ability to weigh your hair down and make it look flat. On the other hand, if you have dry hair, you can use gloss to increase the moisture in the ends of your hair. You can also use a protein based volatize by working it up to the center of you scalp. Then you will need to pin your hair up about two inches from your actual hairline and then allow it to dry. This is going to give you the impression that you have a little extra height and a little extra volume on top.

If you have bouncy hair, it should be cut into layers. One thing about it is that length is not substantial. Layers are going to prevent your hair from appearing as if it has too much volume. You are going to need to shampoo your hair once a day and use mousse or gel that is silicone based instead of alcohol based. Products that are alcohol based have a tendency of making your hair dry. If you would like, you can even fix your hair with pins at night or during the day. If you have a wavy hairstyle, you may need to have long hair. Although, you can go for what is known as a blunt hair cut so that you can avoid your hair from becoming too long. Make sure that when you have wavy hair that you wash your hair every couple of days. Depending upon texture, there are a lot of things that you need to take into consideration when you are styling your hair. Below, you will find a list of things that are depending upon texture.

Depending upon texture, you will decide what type of shampoo and conditioner that you use. If you have dry hair, you are going to need to use a shampoo and conditioner that is designed especially for dry hair. Depending upon texture, you will determine what type of hairstyles you can and can not rock. If you have dry coarse hair you are going to rather wear a short hairstyle or a medium length hairstyle instead of a long hair and you are going to prefer wavy or curly hair instead of straight because that would  require too much work. Depending upon texture, you will determine what length hair you want and what type of hairstyle you are going to have. If you have thin hair, you may want to cut in layers in order to add body and volume to your hair. If you have thick hair, you may want to thin your hair out so that you can manage your hair better. Overall, your texture influences the way that you style your hair a lot.
